Discussion of needs, food preferences, dietary restrictions, budget and type of event (intimate dinner, party, professional event, etc.).
MENU PLANNING
The chef offers several personalized menu options.
The client and the chef discuss the proposals, adjust the dishes according to preferences, and finalize the menu. 50% of the estimate must be paid before the day of service.

LOGISTICS AND PREPARATION
The chef draws up a detailed list of the necessary ingredients.
The chef plans the arrival time, preparation time, cooking time and service time.

Day of the SERVICE
The chef arrives on site with the necessary ingredients and equipment, begins preparing the dishes, and ensures efficient organization of the kitchen.
The chef prepares the menu so that the table can be served at the appointed time, just like in a restaurant.

SERVICE
Depending on the agreement, the chef can also serve the dishes at the table, explaining each dish and its inspiration. For groups of six or more, a butler will be available, with prices ranging from €200 to €250 per service.

FOLLOW-UP and
feedback
Finalization of the second part of the payments.
The chef contacts the client to obtain feedback on the service.
Constructive feedback for future collaborations is welcome.
